CONTINUOUS FLIGHTING WITH CONTINUOUS
THICKNESS
Motridal produces continuous flighting in a wide range of diameters and thicknesses, formed from even thickness flat bar, in carbon steel and stainless steel, for shaftless screw conveyors with high filling factors or mounted on a shaft everything aiming to a range wideness which is one of the points of strength of the company.

This kind of flighting is mainly required for conveyors without central shaft, with great thickness for heavy duties, for abrasive and/or corrosive materials and other special applications; they are especially used in environmental technologies, an activity field where Motridal has ripened, in a short time, both a wide experience and a deep competence. Applications need either a single flighting or 2 or more coaxial welded flighting, supplied on required length.

Continuous flighting with continuous thickness are also mounted on a shaft, for application requiring auger with moderate diameter and thickness such as sludges’ handling and processing, food-industry, chemical industry, pharmaceutical sector, bio-combustible heating plants.
On customer request, Motridal includes machining such as anti-rust.
