HELICOIDAL RODS FOR HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL DRILLING
The range of rods and drills which Motridal is in the position to produce on Customer’s drawing allows to fully meet the Customer’s requirements in various kind of rods, with hexagonal coupling or conical thread, with cylindrical or hexagonal inner tube, for normal or heavy-duty drilling, offered in a wide range of lengths, diameters and flight configuration, from the boring and sampling phase up to the drilling properly said.

Main application are piling, drilling and agricultural drilling, ground boring, sampling, environmental technologies.

Types of flightings:

continuous, formed from even thickness flat bars, either sector-forged and mounted on mechanical machining-finished shafts

Materials:

carbon steels (S235JR, S275JR, S355JR), antiwear steels (Hardox 400, Naxtra M700, Creusabro 321 e 4800, altro)

Thickness:

3 ÷ 60

Diameter: 

20 ÷ 3000

Pitch:

20 ÷ 1200
